  One of my glasses lenses popped out on a long motorcycle journey. Plainly not a good thing to happen so I dropped in to Specsavers to ask if they would tighten the screw. The young woman who helped me was very polite and helpful. Not only did she tighten the screw but tightened them all so the frame was nice and taught again and cleaned my lenses beautifully. Was a genuine blessing on a day I’d taken off work. I’m sorry I didn’t get ask you name but a sincere thank you. It was very much appreciated.
